Flipkart 4×6 label
4×6 is the thermal size most Indian marketplace sellers standardise on. In millimetres that is 100 × 150. The numbers must match both the PDF page box and the printer paper size.
Inches and millimetres
4 inches = 101.6 mm, commonly rounded to 100 mm on thermal rolls sold in India. 6 inches = 152.4 mm, commonly sold as 150 mm. LabelNest writes PDF pages at 100 × 150 mm so they match that stock.
Do not stretch to fill
If the detected label is a different aspect ratio, the cropper fits it inside the 4×6 page and leaves a small margin. Stretching distorts barcodes.
Printer setting
In Windows, create or select a 4×6 / 100×150 mm paper. Turn off “Fit to page”. Details are in the shipping label size page and the India printer settings guide.
