How to print a Flipkart label on a thermal printer
Follow these six steps. You do not need to know crop coordinates, DPI, or PDF page boxes — the cropper handles that.
Step 1 — Download the Flipkart shipping label PDF
In Flipkart Seller Hub, download the original shipping-label PDF for the orders you are packing. Keep the file on your computer or phone; do not photograph it.
Step 2 — Upload the PDF
Open the cropper below. On desktop, drag and drop. On a phone, use Choose PDF. The file is read locally.
Step 3 — Select 4×6 thermal printer
Leave the default 4×6 / 100 × 150 mm option unless you must print on A4.
Step 4 — Process labels
Click Prepare shipping labels. Keep the tab open. Each page is processed in turn so the browser stays usable.
Step 5 — Download the generated PDF
Preview a few labels, then download. The filename keeps your original name plus Thermal.
Step 6 — Print at 100% / Actual Size
In the print dialog, choose 4×6 paper and disable fit-to-page. If a page failed detection, use Custom Crop instead of printing a guessed box.

Invoice space and empty margins are removed, with a barcode safety margin.
Step 4
Resize
Labels are fitted into a real 100 × 150 mm (4×6) page without stretching.
