Privacy Policy
Privacy is part of the product: the basic Flipkart crop workflow is designed to keep shipping data on your device.
What we do not do
- We do not need to upload your shipping PDF to a server for basic cropping.
- We do not store uploaded or generated PDFs on a server.
- We do not send customer names, addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, AWB numbers, or PDF contents to analytics.
- We do not put PDF contents into URLs.
- We do not use third-party OCR APIs on your labels without explicit consent (the MVP does not call OCR APIs).
What may be collected
If privacy-conscious analytics (for example Plausible) is enabled, we may record anonymous events such as PDF uploaded, processing started/completed/failed, download, printer type, and device class. Those events do not include the file or extracted text.
