How to print a Flipkart label
Warehouse version of the same workflow: one PDF in, one scannable sticker out. You do not need to set crop coordinates by hand on a normal Flipkart packing slip.
How it works
Seller Hub gives you a PDF. LabelNest reads it in the browser, crops the shipping label, and writes 4×6 pages. Then your thermal driver prints those pages.
The six-step version with the tool on the same page is how to print a Flipkart label on a thermal printer.
Step-by-step
- Download the original Flipkart shipping-label PDF.
- Open the Flipkart shipping label cropper.
- Choose 4×6 thermal printer.
- Prepare labels and preview a few pages.
- Download the PDF and print at 100%.
If you pack from a phone
Use Choose PDF, keep the tab open, then download. iOS Safari may put the file in Downloads instead of a desktop-style save dialog — that is still a successful export. Use the Save PDF link if the automatic download is ignored.
Supported printer size
Default output is a genuine 4×6 inch / 100×150 mm PDF page. That matches the thermal rolls most Indian sellers load for Flipkart dispatch. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use Fit to page.
Benefits
- No login for the basic crop workflow.
- The PDF stays in the browser for core processing.
- Multi-page Seller Hub files are processed page by page.
- Failed pages can be reviewed instead of silently printing a wrong crop.
Common problems
- Barcode will not scan: the A4 packing slip was printed on 4×6 stock with Fit to page.
- Label looks stretched: the printer scaled independently in X and Y. Use actual size.
- Barcode clipped: crop was too tight. Keep barcode safety margin on, or use Custom Crop.
- Nothing prints: check USB, 4×6 paper size in the driver, and that the roll is thermal-side out.
