Flipkart thermal printer settings
These settings apply to most desktop 4×6 printers used by Indian sellers. Your model’s driver wording will differ slightly.
How it works
The cropper creates a 100 × 150 mm page. The driver must be told the same size. If either side scales, the AWB barcode at the hub will fail even when the PDF looked fine on screen.
Paper size
Select 4×6 inch, 100×150 mm, or a custom size that matches your roll. Save it as the default for that printer.
Scale
100% / Actual Size / “No scaling”. Never Fit to page, Shrink to fit, or Fill page.
Darkness and speed
If the barcode looks grey, increase darkness one step. If labels wrinkle, slow the print speed. Do not jump to maximum heat on thin stock.
Supported printer size
Default output is a genuine 4×6 inch / 100×150 mm PDF page. That matches the thermal rolls most Indian sellers load for Flipkart dispatch. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use Fit to page.
Step-by-step
- Install the manufacturer driver (TSC, TVS, Rongta, Honeywell, and similar).
- Create a 4×6 / 100×150 mm paper.
- Crop the Seller Hub PDF with the Flipkart shipping label cropper.
- Print one page at actual size and scan the barcode with a phone app.
Benefits
- No login for the basic crop workflow.
- The PDF stays in the browser for core processing.
- Multi-page Seller Hub files are processed page by page.
- Failed pages can be reviewed instead of silently printing a wrong crop.
Common problems
- Barcode will not scan: the A4 packing slip was printed on 4×6 stock with Fit to page.
- Label looks stretched: the printer scaled independently in X and Y. Use actual size.
- Barcode clipped: crop was too tight. Keep barcode safety margin on, or use Custom Crop.
- Nothing prints: check USB, 4×6 paper size in the driver, and that the roll is thermal-side out.
