Flipkart A4 to thermal label
Seller Hub packing slips often mix a shipping label with invoice content on A4. A thermal printer cannot use that layout as-is.
How it works
Each page is analysed for shipping text, barcode-like regions, and large whitespace gaps. Invoice blocks that sit clearly apart are left out of the crop. The remaining region is fitted into a 100 × 150 mm page without stretching.
What to remove
Invoice totals, large empty margins, and duplicate document headers do not belong on the packet sticker. If you need the invoice on paper, print it separately or enable Keep invoice in Advanced options.
When automatic crop is unsure
You will be asked to draw the box yourself. That is better than silently printing the wrong half of the page. Start from the Flipkart shipping label cropper.
Supported printer size
Default output is a genuine 4×6 inch / 100×150 mm PDF page. That matches the thermal rolls most Indian sellers load for Flipkart dispatch. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use Fit to page.
Step-by-step
- Keep the original A4 PDF from Seller Hub. Do not screenshot it.
- Upload it to the cropper and leave 4×6 thermal selected.
- Review any pages that need Custom Crop.
- Download and print at actual size.
Benefits
- No login for the basic crop workflow.
- The PDF stays in the browser for core processing.
- Multi-page Seller Hub files are processed page by page.
- Failed pages can be reviewed instead of silently printing a wrong crop.
Common problems
- Barcode will not scan: the A4 packing slip was printed on 4×6 stock with Fit to page.
- Label looks stretched: the printer scaled independently in X and Y. Use actual size.
- Barcode clipped: crop was too tight. Keep barcode safety margin on, or use Custom Crop.
- Nothing prints: check USB, 4×6 paper size in the driver, and that the roll is thermal-side out.
